On August 8th the Culture Train tour will be taking musicians out to perform at Wetwang Village Hall.
This is probably the first time that there has been a gig here by established original acts from the Hull music scene but in the nine years of this project we have run events all over East Yorkshire so Wetwang here we come.
The event is completely free and we begin the show around 7.30 pm on the Saturday evening with a bar and refreshments available during the event.

Four great acts performing original songs and have impressed at many locations on this musical tour of East Yorkshire. This began during 2017, UK City of Culture to take musicians out to perform at locations along the Hull to Bridlington rail line and has continued since then with half a dozen shows each year from everywhere from Spurn Head to Newbald, Bridlington Priory and St Mary’s Church in Beverley.
This is funded by East Riding of Yorkshire Council to take musicians to new settings or communities.
